Few days ago, I sent in my first open letter, and it was published on how a lady will remain single, got some positive feedback from friends on Facebook and promised I will write for the men too. So here it goes...if you miss the first version my open letter...read it here
Scared : A lot of guys are scared on the type of lady they can approach because most of them are scared the ladies will insult them, or they are not so confident about their look. If you are still like this, you will remain single and will have to ask your friend to talk to a lady you like when you are 35years old.
Approaching a girl is easy, don't be scared. If you scared, this is what I tell friends of mine that are scared, go meet the girl and talk to her like she is your younger sister without a harsh/commanding tone. I am sure your younger sister won't hit you for anything...so that might work for you. Some friend will tell you to be polite and just talk to her like one of your female friends. Just put your crush in a position of a lady you often interact with, and am sure you will be fine...try it, am sure it will work out for you... The last time a lady hit a friend of mine for talking with her is around year 97, this is 2014...am sure we have more matured ladies nowCool. Don't let your crush be taken away from you because you scared...go get that angel now.
Not Visionary(No Career) : This might surprise you, but a lot of girls will prefer to stay by an ugly but career-driven man, than stay with a guy who wants to move like Jagger every Friday night. If you are in the "Move like Jagger's crew" you won't get a descent girl in most times of your youthful stage, because when you finish "moving like Jagger" she will move to another boy who knows how to move like Jagger again, so you stay single again. This is not about getting just anybody, but getting the actual ladies (mature ladies). A real man will always think about where is going to be in the next five years, a lot of girls(no offense) don't do this, but will sacrifice with a real man to accomplish his tasks. Real girls don't joke around when you have a real plan, (notice my emphasis of REAL). Once in a while, look at yourself and talk about what 3 to 5 years will become of you. I am not saying talking about marriage plans, I mean discussing about your success. If she sees you are working towards it, she will support you, and if you are not moving fast, she will remind you. So you want to move like Jagger, that's ok, nothing bad in a single life too.
No Style : Nothing much on this because different strokes for different folks. Some girls love men to be materialistic while some prefer just the simple type of men who will look good. However, appearing dirty is what a girl does not like. You must consistently appear neat regularly. A lady will scan through you in nano seconds, and you won't even know she is done x-ray on your looks. If you want to keep long hair, let it be neat, comb it and make it look good, if your short hair always looks rough like a note written by a 2 years old, then always brush up and be a friend to your next door barber.
A Short Story:
When I was in college, I had the opportunity of staying in the hostel, I had mixed style, which means I have some good Timberland shoes, marks and Spencer, some nice wrist watch, but I don't like wearing any of those clothes, I believe since my friends know I have those things, I can dress shabbily to class. It's ok; nobody corrected my attitude, but I remain single as well. I never had a girlfriend, even though I tried.
So there was a day an important event was happening on campus, and I had to look cool of course, so I decided to put on my designer's suit and tie and a good shiny black shoe. Immediately, I stepped out; everybody screamed and hailed me, and I was like what's so different, and they said seriously you handso Patrick, why don't you have a girlfriend? I just laughed it off.
While we were almost at the venue, a friend of mine with good designers too told me that, what I was wearing is not so different to what he was wearing, but I don't always look off the top like these and people are only surprised seeing me all looking different. That was when I had a changed of heart and had to start looking good. I will stop there and won't share what happened later Cool.
Being fashionable does not mean the gucci bags or the Louis Vuitton Malletier, NO...You can even put on any home-made cloth and still appeal to the descent ladies out there. Be stylish and don't always look like a restaurant napkin.
Bad Attitude : Even if you are good looking, but you have a monster inside you, you will always end up being single. A lot of boys out there are single because they treat their ladies like they are just another human being. Yes, they are. But when you decide to love someone, love them wholeheartedly. Treat them like your dad treats your mum unless your dad is another monster. Girls do talk and when your bad attitude spread around, it won't be funny because they will be scared and let you be. Some men have classified themselves as players and will tell you they pick up any ladies they like; that's ok, but how would you feel if some men pick up your little sister, play with her like ping pong and left her with a shattered heart? #FoodForThought.
A Miser: A miser will not always get a girl no matter what, to be straight up with you; the norm of the society is a when you go out with a lady, you expected to at least pay for her drinks even though she tries to stop you. A gentleman will always pick up the bill, don't tell her on the first date to share the bill with you. If you are not financially fine, postpone your date and when you fine, then you can invite her for a drink. Trying to play smart by sharing a bill is a red flag for the next date you are meeting for the first time. I am not telling you to put your life savings on a lady, but sometimes a man is a man..#GoFigure.
Too Many Girls :Don't mind me here, but unless you have a girlfriend, keeping too many girls as friend might not be too good. One thing is that a lot of girls like having men around them, maybe for protection or just mere likeness to share their feelings and other things. Some girls need a counselor; that's ok. Don't allow girls to put you in their friend zone. They will always run to you if their boyfriends are not treating them right or have problems in their relationships, that is when they remember you...Girls are wicked..
.. Limit how many girls that can put you at the friend zone. It is ok if you have a lot of normal friends, but having too much will turn your crush or your girlfriend to be away as she might think you have girlfriends already or just another player. Girls who put you in a friend zone will make you feel like you are the best, and you will be acting like Django until you 40years...Laughing ....Be careful men...
