The Islamic state of Iraq and Syria, ISIS have publicly 2 men for breaking their fast privately and lying about it. In a photo released by the group information office, the 2 prisoners were squatting while the terrorist commander read the charges against the prisoners.
The month of Ramadan is observed by all Muslims, it is a time Muslims around the world abstain from food, drinks, smoking or having sex from sunset to dawn. But this is also a personal choice among Muslims, and nobody is forcing anyone to do so, but seems in Iraq where ISIS resides, the reverse is the case.
The prisoners were first humiliated, when the ISIS police called, Hisbah seized the boys and suspended them from a pole in the public square with inscription of their crime on a placard. They were suspended on this pole from noon till late in the evening.
