The Kardashian sisters have welcomed Blac Chyna to the family, and have supported her during her pregnancy, but they won't be allowing her to use their name "Kardashian" even though she is married to their brother Rob Kardashian.
Blac Chyna, 29, filed a request with the United States Patent & the Trademark office to register her new name "Angela Renee Kardashian," so she can start marketing her products and make a name out of her husband's name.
Kim, Kourtney And Khloe Kardashian are furious about the plan, and have filed a lawsuit on Dec. 7 to block Blac Chyna from making profit from their name, which is also their brand. The sisters are also angry because Blac Chyna was reported not to have asked the sisters.
The sisters had filed the lawsuit without informing their brother, Rob, who is also the soon-to-be husband, and father of Blac Chyna new child, Dream.
