What a way to wrap the year 2015 as beautiful rapper, Nick Minaj recently flaunts her new diamond ring via her instagram page, and from all indications, seems like both Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj are finally engaged.
She tweeted the diamond ring with caption:
Now this is what I'm talking about baby. Lol. Love u @meekmill
At least this will end specualation about the media propaganda about their relationship, and maybe a way for Drake to know he stand no chance of getting Nicki Minaj.
Meek Mill dropped video for his first track on the "Dreams Worth More Than Money" album, Lord Knows Ft Tory Lanez. The video is directed by Spike Jordan.
Seems Meek Mill rant on social media is about to start again after he called out his label mate, Wale on Instagram. Wale was at the breakfast club, and decided to weigh in on the Meek Mill and Drake's fight few months after after Meek Mill said Drake never writes his own song. Read the full story here.
While at the Breakfast club, Wale got real and decided not to be tiptoeing aroud the topic, he said;
“I honestly think he brought a pencil to a gun fight. He ain’t even bring a knife—a pencil. A piece of paper. He tried to paper cut him to death,” he said. “You can’t compete with somebody that got them type of relationships. I’m tellin’ everybody who thinks that Meek lost this off the strength of losing. It doesn’t matter what he made. He could’ve wrote ‘Ether 3.0′ and the opinions of the people would’ve been that their boy from Canada waxed him.”
Meek Mill who is known to be over-sensitive with issues like this went off on his instagram page, he wrote;
Ni***s b doing all this to drop a new record gossiping about they hoe ass feelings and they personal life because they miserable and nobody don't rock wit them! Really stay away from me Fam! U not MMG NOMORE! This why u can't get my number you a hoe! and u dead cracked right now @wale foh nuttttt! I wasn't even mad at you Fam u got some real issues with yaself and you jealous! We don't wanna hear you nomore Fam! Go jump off a roof like u been tryna do chump! He not MMG IM MAKING THAT CALL ... He been tryna call me saying Rozay owe us money... He don't owe me shit and if he do I'll get it later .... Go that away!
Wale also responded to Meek Mill, but with a humour, see tweet below:
Meek Mill is now focusing more energy on his next mixtape and a little energy on the Drake beef. The MMG/Dreamchasers artiste shared different snippet of what the next mixtape, Dreamchaser 4 will sound like on his Instagram page.
Though, no date is announced for the mixtape, but we are assuming it will be here before the year runs out.
Meek Mill is not also dropping his style of hitting it hard on the hard-hitting drums, while he goes leopard on the mic. We are definitely looking forward to this, and hope his fans will accept this as a comeback from his beef track with Drake.
Meek Mill is not allowing the media support for Drake get to him, and even though Drake had said he might release a new track, 3 Peat, for for Meek Mill, Meek Mill still won't back down as he recently diss Drake during his Charlotte, North Carolina show with Nicki Minaj on August 4.
During the show, Meek Mill said :
Wayne don’t f**k with you, [Birdman] don’t f**k with you, Tyga don’t f**k with you
Meek Mill is wrong when he said Lil Wayne don't f**k with Drake. During Mack Maine birthday at Dream nightclub in Miami, Wayne can be seen rapping along the "Back to Back" Freestyle of Drake.
Ooouch, another Drake diss record might put a coffin on Meek Mill career after taking different hits for putting out a record that a lot of fans and radio DJs said is subpar to what is opponent had put out. Meek Mill had put out "Wanna know" to reply Drake's "Charged Up" and "Back To Back Freestyle"
During his performance at the OVO Fest on Monday, Drake said, Meek doesn't want the 3 peat, a 3rd diss record, he had done for Meek Mill, and he warns while boasting on stage, he doesn't want the 3 peat.
Drake OVO Fest all fun for the fans, and he is not letting Meek Mill go just yet. During his show at the OVO Fest, Drake displayed different Memes of Meek Mill that was shared by fans after he dropped his "Back To Back" song.
Drake did not just mock Meek Mill on stage, he also did have a good laugh off stage along with Kanye West and Will Smith who had come as a surprise guest for the show.
In the short video, it appeared that Will Smith shared one of the hilarious Meek memes on his iPhone with the 2 rappers, and they couldn't but laugh out loud.
A$AP Rocky has decided to keep the record straight on the Drake Vs Meek Mill rap battle. The rapper while at the Lollapalooza on Sunday, said both rappers went in on the diss tracks, but A$AP Rocky seems to go with the public opinion that Drake was the winner of the rap dissing tracks.
Watching this was like watching the Super Bowl. I wanna say thank you to Drake and Meek Mill, because that’s good sportsmanship,” he said. “For real, that sh*t was fun. I needed that. To see that, that’s good sportsmanship.
I think Meek will be fine,I think he has a fanbase of his own, and I think that at the end of the day, there had to be a loser in the outcome, and it was Meek. So it is what it is.
When he was asked about the controversy about the Meek Mill allegations that Drake does have someone writing his lyrics, A$AP Rocky said :
If somebody helped Drake, I dunno, that might be considered cheating, but whoever wrote that—not saying Drake ain’t write it, I’m quite sure he did—that sh*t was insane. That sh*t was incredible, and I wanna thank Drake and Meek Mill for such a good battle. I come from an old school aesthetic—me being 26—coming from the point of, when I was coming up, it was all about writing your rhymes, and I’m quite sure for R&B songs, if someone’s giving you [lyrics], that’s nothing. I don’t know. I would have to see. I don’t know what to believe.
Regardless of if Drake write his sh*t or not, I’m still a fan.
Drake, who was caught at the OVO kickball game was also confident that he had beaten the Philly rapper told a reporter, I haven’t taken a loss all week.
Meek Mill had a rough week after he put out a record, Wanna Know, to reply Drake's "Charged Up" and "Back To Back", a record that was received with mockery to Meek Mill for not meeting up the standard of his fan, and also standard of the level of Drake's rap.
On his diss track against Drake, Meek Mill decided to sample the WWE superstar, Undertaker.
Listen to Meek Mill "Wanna Know"
According to BET, WWE is probing into the track, which sampled wrestler The Undertaker's entrance music, especially his signature intro bells.WWE has said that:
WWE takes its intellectual property rights very seriously, and we are looking into the matter,
The Undertaker theme song was composed by Jim Johnston for Undertaker
Meek Mill got no love on the street after he released a sub-par diss track in response to Drake "Charged Up" and " Back To Back". After the whole negative response he got from everyone who expected more from him, Meek Mill sister, Nasheema Williams has come to his aid in dissing Drake,and she seems to have more things to say on a no-beat freestyle than what his brother did.
She did not only diss Drake, but also throw a shot at Nicki Minaj, ooouchh...
