The MMG trio, Rick Ross, Meek Mill and Wale have started their new project,Self Made, Vol. 4 , and they have dropped a new single, Make it work to start the project and also a glimpse of what their music fans will expect from the project.
The new project seems to have helped the duo,Wale and Meek Mill put out their beef to work together to make new music for the fans.
US rapper, Wale, was on Hot 97 with Ebro, Peter Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez where he talked about his last album, and also on his new album "Shine". The rapper talks about great music in the upcoming album, and even though he took some risks with the last album when he follows the trend, Shine would be about him and his music.
The rapper also talks about his visit to Nigeria and talks about Wizkid, Davido and Olamide for making good music. Wale said while he was in Nigeria, he made around 6 songs with different Nigerian artistes, and also use the medium to reach his family.
Wale said he would love for Wizkid to be signed to Roc Nation, and he talked to the boys at Roc Nation, but it seems it was ahead of his time. Wale said it would have made a lot of money for both parties if they did.
Wale, while commenting on the Drake number one Billboard song "One Dance" ft Wizkid and Kayla, the rapper said he loved the music, and he had listened to it, but he would have love to hear more of Wizkid on that track because that song is more of Wizkid.
Wale is not letting the Meek Mill beef distract him, as it can't be denied that the D.C spitter had a really eventful year, and it's not about just releasing his album "The Album About Nothing", he also got a new management outfit.
He is rounding up the year with a new music called MVP (Bryce Harper), a song after the e Washington Nationals outfielder, who’s in line for a $500 million contract.
Wale had recently tweeted Just signed a new contract with new management . "My life just changed,2016 will be great.”
Seems Meek Mill rant on social media is about to start again after he called out his label mate, Wale on Instagram. Wale was at the breakfast club, and decided to weigh in on the Meek Mill and Drake's fight few months after after Meek Mill said Drake never writes his own song. Read the full story here.
While at the Breakfast club, Wale got real and decided not to be tiptoeing aroud the topic, he said;
“I honestly think he brought a pencil to a gun fight. He ain’t even bring a knife—a pencil. A piece of paper. He tried to paper cut him to death,” he said. “You can’t compete with somebody that got them type of relationships. I’m tellin’ everybody who thinks that Meek lost this off the strength of losing. It doesn’t matter what he made. He could’ve wrote ‘Ether 3.0′ and the opinions of the people would’ve been that their boy from Canada waxed him.”
Meek Mill who is known to be over-sensitive with issues like this went off on his instagram page, he wrote;
